Workshop Summary
This one-hour workshop is designed to help you understand the Laboratory’s Performance Management Process (PMP) and how to complete the Annual Review Summary Form. This form documents the employee’s performance, accomplishments and progress for the performance year being reviewed, as well as the employee’s performance, job development and career development goals for the next performance year.
