Annual Self Assessment Form Workshop for Employees

Workshop Summary
This one-hour workshop is designed to help you understand the Laboratory’s Performance Management Process (PMP) and how to complete the Annual Self Assessment Form. This form gives you the opportunity to highlight your performance and career-related accomplishments for the performance year being reviewed, and to suggest your performance, job development and career development goals for the next performance year. The Career Development Plan Form will also be discussed.

• To provide tips for completing the Annual Self Assessment Form and Career Development Plan Form

This workshop is relevant for non-represented scientific and operations employees. Note that an Annual Performance Review Summary Form Workshop for Supervisors is also available.
