Too often meetings are scheduled for the wrong reasons, include the wrong participants, and end up not accomplishing the intended goals. No wonder people are reluctant to give up time to go to one more meeting. If you facilitate meetings, this webinar will not only help you focus on priorities, but also give you ways to help the group work efficiently to achieve its goals. Some of the topics include:
- Types of meetings
- Meeting agendas
- Ways to reach decisions in meetings
- Specific techniques for facilitating interdisciplinary meetings
Meeting agenda and action items template: This tool, which will be discussed in the webinar, can be accessed here. Feel free to use it for more effective meeting management. Rows can be added as needed.
