Too often meetings are scheduled for the wrong reasons, include the wrong participants, and end up not accomplishing the intended goals.  No wonder people are reluctant to give up time to go to one more meeting.  If you facilitate meetings, this webinar will not only help you focus on priorities, but also give you ways to help the group work efficiently to achieve its goals.  Some of the topics include:

This one-hour webinar is taught by Nancy Friedman, a leadership development consultant and coach with 25 years of business experience in both large and entrepreneurial environments. She works with UC San Francisco in their supervisor program, and with a variety of executives and teams across a wide variety of industries including health care, technology, science, marketing, non profits, law and sales.  Nancy has a Masters of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business and a BA in Sociology from UC Berkeley. She is a member of the International Coaches Federation and a graduate of the International Coach Academy as a Certified Professional Coach.
