UCLA Extension's Technical Management Program offers a series of courses where managers can enhance interpersonal skills, learn the latest business trends and paradigms, and obtain a repertoire of methods to solve problems, plan strategies, and motivate colleagues.
Intended for engineers, scientists, and other professionals, the Technical Management Program provides a practical balance between the technical and managerial aspects of improving personal and organizational performance.

UC Davis Supervisory Skills Series
The series is divided into three parts currently offered in fall, winter and spring with each part focusing on a different key area of supervision. Ideally a supervisor would take the complete three-part series for an in-depth look at supervision. However, each part is designed to stand alone as is each one-day session. This allows you the flexibility to enroll in the complete series, take just one part or select the individual sessions that are most relevant to your needs.
